Pre-orders: Pre-order items are charged at the time of purchase and ship on the date noted on the product page (currently around the end of August). All pre-orders are final sale.
Damaged or defective items: We want you to love what you receive. If your order arrives damaged, or if there is an error with your order, email us at info@sonoranmahjongco.com within 5 days of delivery with your order number and a photo, and we will make it right with a replacement or store credit.
